About St Geneve Silk Duvet (with Lyocell Cover)
The St Geneve Silk Duvet has been upgraded! It now comes in a new shell, made from 100% Lyocell Sateen. The previous edition, the Premium Silk Duvet has been improved upon with a stunning new shell, providing improved feel and temperature regulation.
The hand-layered tussah silk filling is now enveloped in a silky-soft 300 thread count outer shell. Lyocell is smooth, lightweight and supple. It is 50% more breathable than cotton and pairs beautifully with the natural silk fill.
Renowned for its form, structure and loft, it drapes softly around the body for a relaxing, hug-like experience. These duvets provide exceptional breathability in warm weather as well as insulation in cooler weather. They are a wonderful choice for summer months and warmer bedrooms.
Silk-filled duvets are a great alternative to down and wool duvets and comforters. Please note that silk will feel moderately heavier than a down or wool filled duvets. It nestles closely around the body providing a reassuring and evenly distributed weight.

The Silk Duvet is typically stocked in all available sizes at our Toronto location. When not in-stock, orders usually take between 2-3 weeks for production. While Ontario customers can expect shorter delivery times, all Canadian customers can expect delivery within 2-7 days from date of purchase (time is dependent on your location). This product qualifies for FREE shipping and handling across most locations in Canada.
Care Instructions
It is critical that you use a quality duvet cover to protect your duvet. Due to the nature of the silk material used, you cannot wash this duvet.
Directions:
- Spot clean only
- Gentle dry cleaning is only recommended if your duvet has become heavily soiled, as it can make the silk feel a bit less supple
- Air outdoors for a few hours two or three times a year. Do not heat-dry.
- Never leave in direct sunlight.
- Do not bleach or treat with peroxide.
