The Ziegler Down Pillow typically stocked in Queen and King size. All other sizes are made-to-order. Orders usually take between 2-3 weeks for production. While Ontario customers can expect shorter delivery times, all Canadian customers can expect delivery within 2-7 days from date of purchase (time is dependent on your location). Care Instructions
- Protect your pillow with a St Geneve or St Dormeir’s Washable Pillow Protectors
- Launder your down pillow without any other articles
- Use a pure, gentle soap
- Do not use any type of bleach or fabric softener
- Wash in medium temperature water at the maximum water level with an extra rinse cycle
- Machine dry your pillows individually at low-to-medium temperatures
- After the first drying cycle, pull apart any clumps that have formed
- Use a tumble dry setting for the following drying cycle
