When increasing the amount of latex in a mattress, as well as adding a luxurious topper, you maximize all of the support layers without compromising on the cloud-like, soft feel beneath you.

Soma Organic Mattresses offers several different mattresses, using premium quality organic materials. Each series offers different height and comfort levels. In our 12 Series, the Soma Organic 12 For Couples Half-Firm/Half-Plush Mattress is one of the most opulent twelve-inch models featured. Made by the Obasan factory based in Ottawa, the Soma Organic Lux 12 offers three layers plus the addition of a hand-tufted latex and wool topper. It has a 4 + 3 + 2 + 3 combination that works well for many sleep positions, especially those that prefer to sleep on their sides.

The Soma Organic 12 For Couples Half-Firm/Half-Plush Mattress is typically paired with the Soma Organic Foundation with Legs. It may also be paired with the essential Soma Organic Slat Foundation. Both foundations are upholster finished in organic cotton and organic wool.

Both mattress bases correctly support the mattress. This mattress can be purchased with or without the matching foundation. It is very important to have adequate support and breath-ability for your mattress. Please ensure that you are using the correct type of support (“boxspring”) for your organic mattress.

The Soma Organic Lux Customizable 12 Mattress is made-to-order and requires between 2-3 weeks for production. While Ontario customers can expect shorter delivery times, all Canadian customers can expect delivery within 2-7 days from date of purchase (time is dependent on your location).
