Increasing the amount of latex in a mattress, as well as adding a topper (similar to a pillow-top), maximizes all of the firm layers yet creates a much more gradual “push-back” from the rubber beneath. This allows each sleeper to feel completely supported and grounded, with maximal pressure relief and gentle-touch around areas such as the shoulders and hips.

The Soma Organic Lux Firm 12 Mattress is typically paired with the Soma Organic Foundation with Legs. It may also be paired with the essential Soma Organic Slat Foundation. Both foundations are upholster finished in organic cotton and organic wool.

Both mattress bases correctly support the mattress. This mattress can be purchased with or without the matching foundation. It is very important to have adequate support and breath-ability for your mattress. Please ensure that you are using the correct type of support (“boxspring”) for your organic mattress.

The Soma Organic Lux Firm 12 Mattress is made-to-order and requires between 2-3 weeks for production. While Ontario customers can expect shorter delivery times, all Canadian customers can expect delivery within 2-7 days from date of purchase (time is dependent on your location).
