While Ontario customers can expect shorter delivery times, all Canadian customers can expect a ship-date within 2-4 weeks from date of purchase (time is dependent on your location). - Do not over-dry
- Drying with hot temperature will greatly reduce the life of the rug
- Hang drying is most ideal
- Avoid fabric softeners – they glue the fibres
- Always wash your rug by itself
- Beware of foot creams or ointments – these can bleach out colour
