About Abyss Super Pile Robe

The Abyss Super Pile Robe is rated the most absorbent robe in the world. The Super Pile is delightfully soft, warm and comforting. There are 60 special colours to choose from that can match any bathroom or spa decor. Slip into your favourite robe after a shower, bath, dip in the pool or hot tub or after a long day at work.

Unlike mass produced clothing, each robe is individually hand sewn by a single artisan. The Super Pile Robe’s design features high absorbency, very low lint production and greater tensile strength (makes the robes last much longer). Abyss puts more of the material weight into the pile (the surface material) and less into the base, creating a robe that dries your body incredibly. Abyss robes are “piece-dyed” after they are sewn. This allows for the robe and it’s trim to perfectly match it’s other sizes in the “batch.” All robes are pre-shrunk and will never pucker at the ends.

Availability, Shipping & Delivery

Some colours and styles are maintained in-stock. The Super Pile Robe is typically made-to-order. When not in-stock, orders usually take between 2-4 weeks for production. While Ontario customers can expect shorter delivery times, all Canadian customers can expect delivery within 2-7 days from date of purchase (time is dependant on your location). Orders over $100 qualify for FREE delivery to most locations across Canada.

Care Instructions

Use a mild, naturally-derived soap, such as: Tide Free, Linen Wash, etc.
Do not bleach or use any detergent containing bleach
Wash & Dry at medium temperatures
Do not over-dry
Drying with hot temperature will greatly reduce the life of the robe
Avoid fabric softeners – they glue the fibres
Always wash your robe by itself
Wash whites and colours separately
Beware of facial creams or ointments – these can bleach out colour
