Filter Details

The Allergy Machine Junior comes equipped with a 360-Degree Progressive Filtering System. It addresses the complete spectrum of air cleaning: removing sub-micron particles, noxious gases and chemicals. Therefore, the 360-degree intake system draws air into all sides of the purifier machine while passing it through a 4-stage internal filter. This results in more clean air being delivered at a faster, more efficient rate.

• STAGE 1 – large particle pre-filter removes particles easily seen (dust, hair, and pet dander)
• STAGE 2 – medium particle pre-filter removes small to medium size particles (molds, spores and pollen)
• STAGE 3 – 15 lbs. of Activated Carbon and Zeolite removes chemicals, gases and odours
• STAGE 4 – Activated Military Carbon Cloth (HEGA) removes chemicals, gases and odours (formaldehyde and ammonia)

Care Instructions

• Once a month vacuuming of the four sides of the outside screen using the brush attachment of your vacuum cleaner
• Should you smell an unpleasant odour coming from the unit, or if you notice a significantly reduced airflow, it is likely time to replace your filter(s)
• Your external filter (pre-filter) should be replaced every 1-2 years of normal use
• Your internal filter should be replaced prior to the completion of the 5th year of use (for ideal performance)
