Refunds and Exchanges
We will accept a return, exchange or provide a full refund on any bedding item that is categorized as regularly stocked merchandise, providing that the item is unused and in the original packaging (including any product tags that were attached to the product). Every product page clearly indicates whether or not the product is typically stocked. Any return and/or refund conducted may be subject to a 10% administrative duty.

At Soma, we focus on the total sleep health needs of our customers by ensuring that every product leaving our shelves or shipping department is brand new and unopened. As such, we cannot accept any returns on mattresses, foundations (box springs), pillows, duvets, toppers or any other product that is deemed for personal use.
Custom Orders
We do not accept any returns on custom orders, unless the reason for the return is a manufacturer’s defect or your order was damaged during the shipping process. Custom orders include items such as custom furniture or sofas, non-regularly stocked bedding and spa products, specially-sized bedding, etc.

Mattresses & the Soma Comfort Exchange
Every mattress product on our website will indicate whether or not that particular model qualifies for the 90 day comfort adjustment. In order to qualify, a mattress protector must be purchased along with the mattress and used at all times. There is a minimum 30 day sleep period which must be followed prior to any comfort exchange. Shipping Fees
If your purchased merchandise has qualified for return, you are responsible for the costs associated in shipping the item(s) back to Soma. If the item(s) being returned were initially shipped at no additional cost, those shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. You may also select the option for in-store credit and save this deduction from your total credit amount.
Delivery Fees
