Soma Comfort Exchange Policy

At Soma Organic Mattresses we strive to ensure that our customers are comfortable and supported properly on their new mattress. We understand that some people take more time to adjust to a new mattress than others and/or some may not have chosen the right mattress the first time around. Keeping our customer’s best interest in-mind, we have developed a 90 day exchange policy.

If after sleeping on your new mattress for 30 days you are unsatisfied with the comfort, we will exchange the layers in your mattress (if applicable) for a one-time new layer exchange. This will ensure your comfort and support at no charge other than a nominal shipping fee.

We do not offer refunds as we do not resell used mattresses (for sanitary reasons). This ensures that you will always receive a brand new mattress with your purchase at Soma.
