On many of our product pages, you will notice a reference to the Soma Comfort Guarantee. What does this mean?
We strive to ensure that our customers are comfortable and supported properly on their new mattress. This is the reason why we spend so much time with you in-person, or by communication, to pair-up the correct mattress for you.
We understand that some people take more time to adjust to a new mattress than others. Depending on the type and condition of the mattress that you are coming from, your body will need time to adapt. It is very normal to experience some aches and pains as your body adjusts to proper posture and support. To ensure that you have enough time to experience the benefits of your new mattress, we require that customers give their mattress a minimum of 30 days before requesting a comfort exchange.
In the case that you may not have chosen the right mattress the first time around, we are here for you and have developed a 90-day Comfort Exchange Policy. Please contact us directly for assistance. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your new mattress, and appreciate the opportunity to provide you with a restful sleep experience.
We do not offer refunds as we do not resell used mattresses (for sanitary reasons). This ensures that you will always receive a brand new mattress with your purchase at Soma.
