Shipping & Delivery Details

Soma Organic Mattresses offers white-glove delivery and setup for all mattress and furniture orders within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).


Where is the typical Soma service area?

Soma services the Greater Toronto Area, including: Durham region, Halton region, Peel region and York region.


What makes Soma’s delivery team different?

While other mattress stores contract deliveries out to a third-party carrier, Soma has its own internal delivery company that delivers in our service area. This allows us to provide deluxe in-home setup and ensure that our customers are cared for and well taken-care of during delivery.


What happens with delivery to remote locations?

When shipping outside of our typical service area and to remote locations, additional fees may be incurred. Some locations throughout Canada have very small communities and are difficult for logistics companies to reach. How about delivery of adjustable bases, furniture and sofas?

In-home deluxe delivery and set-up is included at no additional charge anywhere within Soma’s typical service area. Due to the nature of adjustable beds, custom furniture and sofas, any deliveries outside of our typical service area will handled on an individual basis.

Delivery of Mattresses and Large Items, such as Bedframes and Furniture:

Delivery and/or shipping of mattresses and foundations is included at no additional charge to most locations across Canada. Adjustable beds, sofas and furniture are subject to additional freight fees.

When delivery resides within our typical service area, deluxe in-home set-up (white glove) is provided at no charge. Deluxe service includes:

  • your new mattress, bed frame or furniture setup
  • the removal of any plastic and cardboard associated with the new mattress, and
  • the disposal of your old mattress (subject to change without notice).


    • When delivery is outside of our service area, your purchased items will be delivered to your residence via curbside delivery. (Curbside delivery signifies that you will need to setup and place the items within your residence).
