The St Geneve Nico Organic Percale Sheet Set is a wondrous marriage between dashing simplicity and certified organic. As St Geneve’s stand-out organic fabric, the Nico has a unique percale cotton weave that carries a light, smooth sateen finish. The Nico has all of the benefits of organic cotton as well as the crisp freshness of a traditional percale bed linen.

Cotton is the most widely used fibre for fabric because of its strength, durability and breathability. The word “staple” refers to fibre length. Long staple cotton is much more difficult to grow and has become synonymous with superior quality fabrics. Cotton Sateen is a type of weave that produces a silkier, smoother finish in the final product. In comparison to other cotton finishes, cotton sateen has a slight sheen to it and is much gentler when moving across the skin.

A textile product carrying the GOTS label grade organic must contain a minimum of 95% certified organic fibres. This includes the harvesting of the raw cotton, as well as environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing.

It is recommended to use a fitted sheet that is three to four inches deeper than your mattress. This allows margin for fabric shrinkage (after machine washing and drying) and for your mattress to maintain it’s feel without the sheet creating tension over the surface area. Care Instructions

• Select a mild soap, such as: Tide Free, Linen Wash or Ivory, etc.
• Do not use caustic soaps, bleaches, Persil or Woolite detergents
• Machine wash using moderate temperatures and gentle cycles in a small to moderate load
• Do not launder with any articles that are heavy or coarse as they can scour the fabric
• Do not use ‘water saver’ settings
• Do not use any type of bleach or fabric softener
• Machine dry on gentle using a moderate temperature
• Do not over dry
• Iron on the appropriate fabric setting while your sheets are still slightly damp
