Made by the Obasan factory based in Ottawa, the Soma Organic 8 Medium Support has a 3 + 3 + 2 combination that is specifically tailored to those who enjoy a supportive mattress, with added softness. Soft, but not too soft! In this model, we build up the support with a gradual softness, which showcases the full benefits of latex’s contouring ability. This mattress is ideal for those who are seeking a supportive feel, but added pressure relief in areas such as the hips and shoulders. The Soma Organic 8 Medium Support is typically paired with the Soma Organic Foundation with Legs. It may also be paired with the essential Soma Organic Slat Foundation. Both foundations are upholster finished in organic cotton and organic wool.
Both mattress bases correctly support the mattress. This mattress can be purchased with or without the matching foundation. It is very important to have adequate support and breath-ability for your mattress. Please ensure that you are using the correct type of support (“boxspring”) for your organic mattress.

While Ontario customers can expect shorter delivery times, all Canadian customers can expect delivery within 2-7 days from date of purchase (time is dependant on your location).
