The Austin Air Pet Machine HM410 Replacement Filter is the second and main line of defense in all Pet Machine HM410 Standard Air Purifiers. The Pet Machine Standard Replacement Filter is the best overall protection filter from the Austin Air. It is constructed using a true medical High Efficiency Particulate Arresting (HEPA) filter and then surrounded by a carbon and zeolite mixture. This mixture is capable of removing the tiniest of particles and absorbing odours and gases. The Pet Machine HM410 Filter uses the HEPA to remove up to 99.97 percent of all particles down to 0.3 microns in size and 95 percent down to 0.1 micron.
All Austin Air Replacement Filter cartridges come included with a replacement pre-filter (PERMAFILT Pre-Filter). If you currently own an Austin Air machine and smell an unpleasant odour coming from the unit, or if you notice a significantly reduced airflow, it is likely time to replace your filter.
