Care:
Always carry your mattress flat on its side and never bend your mattress more than 20 degrees. This could damage the coil system and other components, significantly reducing the life and comfort of the mattress.
You may see body impressions after sleeping on your new mattress. The time honoured comfort layers naturally allow for body moulding or impressions. This is natural, however to keep them from becoming too deep you must rotate and turn your mattress on a regular basis. During the first 3 to 6 months, it should be done every 2 weeks. After that only once a month is required. See Rotation tips for the correct method.
Clean your mattress on a regular basis, vacuuming every 6 months is a good idea. Dry/Steam cleaning is not recommended and may damage the materials used in the construction. In general do not let your mattress get wet, this is not good for it, and could void your warranty. Using a mattress pad is always a great idea. It will help keep it clean and is strongly recommended.
